After a week off during the split round we come back with our first guest on the show, RaCKingEmUp a.k.a. Nebula1971 a.k.a. Chris, whose Dream Team Racking Em Up @EDT is sitting pretty at 16th in the competition. After the required drooling, slobbering and sucking up to this DT god are completed, Molly and m0nty get down to critiquing his team… and surprisingly, we manage to find some issues! RaCKingEmUp’s analysis of his own team is required listening for anyone who wants to learn about fantasy footy.
After that we get on to reviewing both weeks of the split round: Luke Hodge, Jarryd Roughead, Scott Thompson, Adam Cooney, David Mundy, Josh Drummond, Jonathan Brown, Warren Tredrea, Domenic Cassisi, Jay Nash, Nathan G. Brown, Colin Sylvia, Brock McLean, Nathan Jones, Dale Thomas, Martin Clarke, Barry Hall, Matt Priddis, Matt Rosa and Darren Jolly are all discussed.
In the Boys In The Bubble segment, m0nty runs through Joel Macdonald, Ken McGregor, Edward Sansbury, Jay Nash, Ed Lower and Danny Stanley, and doesn’t end up liking any of them… so he picks Martin Clarke instead.
In the Crack The Ton segment all three of us give our predictions for:
Matthew Pavlich: we all say yes
Daniel Kerr: Molly and Rac say no, m0nty says yes
Travis Cloke: we all say no
Matthew Bate: we all say no
Jason Winderlich: m0nty says no, Molly and Rac say yes
Kayne Pettifer: we all say no
Adam Cooney: Molly and Rac say no, m0nty says yes
Leigh Montagna: Molly says no, Rac and m0nty say yes
Jimmy Bartel: Molly and m0nty say no, Rac says yes
Finally, we mention the Bialik/Scopus thread on BigFooty and discuss the parlous state of Victorian secondary school education, followed by some self-promotion including a big hint about an exciting new Internet project for live AFL match data that will be unveiled later in the week.
