Great stuff boys.
Dempsey’s 105 last week was against melbourne, lets see him play a real afl standard team first.
Antoni Grover - knee: 6-8 weeks, could he go on the LTI list (8 weeks) and make a 3rd spot open for Pearce,Barlow and de boer?
Ball only had 66% TOG last year, so hopefully he can get 80% this year and maintain the ppm.
Bartel has missed the 2nd round, and not named for the 3rd round, you guys heard of any injury or anything?
Banner is a gun, averaged over a goal a game, tackles just a DT star. LEts see how he goes against a top 4 side tonight. Midfielders that kick goals are gold. I worry that shuey may be a masten, needs 30 touches to get 100 because of a lack of marks and tackles.
Westhoff is just so much better around the ground with awareness and use of the footy. You are right, port got SMASHED in the ruck taps, we only had 10 hitouts, but we did win the game by 14 goals
Pav played NAB 1 and scored 85.
Gray had his appendix removed last week, will play this week. Competed to ablett on looks there monty
he is a clearence player. Give Gray a few weeks and im sure you will see what all us port fans have seen over pre season.
As molly correctly pointed, CHF is our best and fairest winner Warren Tredrea. tall forwards Tredrea, Shultz, Motlop with westhoff up ground. Westhoff can play on the wing or rest up forward when tredrea, shultz or motlop are on the bench. Why are you assuming Gray will rest up forward? he is a prime midfielder. Wade Thompson not in 22.
Tredrea, Shultz, Motlop, Ebert, Hitchcock (Kane tagging)
JKT going to be a downgrade target? Hard to get into the hawks 22.

Thanks Chad.
Gray has come back on my radar with the hype and his good play last night.
Some other interesting points.
